The CRIP™ Overall Risk Score is a weighted composite derived from: Corruption Perceptions Index (inverted), Fragile States Index, Global Terrorism Index, Basel AML Index, EIU Democracy Index (inverted), and Freedom House scores (inverted). Each component is normalized to a 0-1 scale and averaged. Scores above 75 = CRITICAL, 55-75 = HIGH, 35-55 = MODERATE, below 35 = LOW.
World Bank data is fetched via the official API v2 from the most recent available year (2018-2024). All risk indices use the latest published edition. Government and geopolitical data is current as of early 2025.
